Maintenance Tasks 2024

Much of the maintenance work done on the 72 balconies on this property cannot be seen from the outside of a balcony. Most repairs are done from the inside to minimise damage to the outer brickwork.

The committee has invested hundreds of personal hours to become knowledgeable on the technical aspects of various balcony issues. They have been kept up-to-date over the past few years with many thousands of messages and photos to assist in decision making and budget planning and control.
